What to expect
When attending a Zen Baby Bliss massage course you can expect a warm welcome in a relaxing environment.
I limit the classes to six babies per class to keep the sessions as relaxed as possible. It’s important to not overwhelm babies especially in those early days.
I want parents / care givers to get as much out of the sessions as possible and be confident in their ability to practice massage at home with their babies.
This is a chance for parents to bond with their baby in a safe environment. It’s also a chance for mothers to have some relaxed one on one time with no other distractions.
I always allocate time to answer any questions parents may have and it’s also a great opportunity to socialise with other like minded parents.
All sessions are baby led and if you need to stop to feed, change or just cuddle your baby this is fine – we adapt to baby’s needs.
When enrolling on a Zen Baby Bliss massage course you’ll be given access to the massage strokes on paper and online so you can practice at home between sessions and I’ll be available to answer your questions at any time.
There are also refreshments available at the end of each session.
On graduation of your Zen Baby Bliss massage course you will receive a certificate of completion.
